For the WeBuildAlaska Workforce Development campaign, 23 and Frosty delivered a comprehensive suite of creative and digital marketing services that powered AGC of Alaska’s workforce development Brand, WeBuildAlaska’s brand growth and impact across the local construction job and training industry throughout 2023. We leveraged our expertise in web development, branding and marketing campaigns to craft a strategic, multi-channel approach that included website design, social media management, content creation, video production, and detailed analytics and performance reporting schedule.
Our integrated digital marketing solution—encompassing Google Ad Campaign management, YouTube campaigns, and Facebook / Instagram account management—was designed to meet the unique needs of the construction workforce development sector. Our primary goal was to provide a one stop resource for new, prospective construction workers as they graduate highschool or exit their current careers. This was our primary measurement for our campaigns success.
