Project Description
23 and Frosty was hired by Cruz Construction to create their new Statement of Qualifications (S.O.Q.) for the 2018 bidding season. This SOQ was used to bid on a variety of State, Federal and Global projects by Cruz Construction, many of which were awarded and are currently being executed. This S.O.Q. describes and portrays all of the capabilities that Cruz Construction can provide its clients. Their project scope can vary from North Slope Oilfield Maintenance and Support, to complete Logistical and Civil Super Projects that would give any global construction company a run for their money.
Cruz Construction asked 23 and Frosty to keep their “Brand” consistent, making this SOQ closely resemble the Cruz Construction website and its theme. 23 and Frosty is continuing to support this document and plans to work with Cruz Construction on Web Design and Graphic Design projects in the future.
