Kuljam Insurance & Consulting contracted 23 and Frosty to create their online presence & identity. Their logo was created by 23 and Frosty prior to their website, as well as the business cards that are shown above. The website created was primarily to showcase the services they provide and their different insurance packages. Kuljam has been owned and operated by Thomas Kuljam, a insurance and finance professional in the industry for decades who resides in Tacoma, Washington.
